Gatehouse Security Officer - Cardiff

Stonefell is seeking a professional and reliable Gatehouse Security Officer to support a high‑profile site in Cardiff.

Key responsibilities

Manage client staff, contractor and visitor access and egress.
Provide and control site passes and key based on defined access rights.
Communicate via two way radio and tannoy
Monitor the internal CCTV system and report any irregularities
Monitor and respond appropriately to the alarm panel
Conduct regular site patrols to ensure safety and security
Engage professionally with members of the public approaching the gatehouse
Complete logs, reports, and documentation accurately and clearly
